Our Guarantees

We are members of the BWPDA and the Structure Waterproofing Group, and are able to offer a fully bonded guarantee for an agreed fee per treatment, of which you will have the benefit of the insurance for the duration of our guarantee. The back up guarantee will provide added security to yourself and the property. Should you wish to take up this offer, please inform our contracts department prior to commencement of specialist works.

WALLS ABOVE GROUND LEVEL

A 20 year guarantee will be issued in respect of damp proofing of free standing walls, timber treatment and masonry sterilization.

WALLS BELOW GROUND LEVEL

A 10 year guarantee will be issued in respect of the installation of a Cavity Drain Membrane System and “Sika” rendering.
